This is interesting, I wonder how is it possible? The upgrade offer should be the same regardless of which account are you using to upgrade unless it was some targeted promo for particular Skywards account.

It's been more than 12 hours now since submission transfer request from Amex UAE to Skywards and the miles are still not reflected. Definitely not instant process like some here were saying (or maybe not for GCC Amex at least). How long did it take in your case?
