I've never seen a Hyatt property suite that doesn't afford lounge access, although I tend to stay in high end properties.
It is very different to RC or even some Sheratons (ARN) where club access is considered a different suite type offering or requires an additional copay.
One example would be at the Thompson New York… I can’t think of another example where a suite doesn’t give lounge access.
