Spent another four nights at PHV back in October. Hotel is certainly firing on all cylinders - service was particularly good. All staff, from managers to bellmen, were fantastic and really seemed to want to get to know guests and their preferences.

F&B staff in particular were wonderful, and with such a small hotel, there were times when I was the only guest at the restaurant or bar. F&B is still great too, but can get repetitive pretty quickly. But, they were happy to make reservations (and drive me in their house car) to their sister hotel, Campus Hotel, to dine there as well.

Spa is still as great as always too.

Only downside to my stay was the room, I was in an unnamed room this time. The shower and vanity were part of the bedroom... I'll let the pictures do the talking. Next time, I'll stick to requesting certain rooms
