So you think it would be smarter to get the money back if possible? This TA is not helpful. I never use a TA - but felt this was a complicated trip. I just wrote to her and reminded her that she did, indeed, ask us our preference. So maybe pushing her - she will refund. Obviously she doesn't want to.

The upper deck sounds lovely, but probably isn't radically important. Do you feel most any business clasas airline with lie flat will be fine? The most important thing is to sleep - though the upstairs bar does sound fun - not that we are real drinkers - perhaps a glass of wine.
