The FC list is where the RUC comes into play. That's how you got to #1 despite being in the teens when you originally checked in. That's what I was trying to explain.
I know how RUC’s work here, I knew that they don’t affect Comfort+ placement, again I was just making a point for the greater context of this thread that when RUC’s are involved, First and Comfort+ upgrade list placement might not be the same which is due to the reasons you stated.
