This is so messed up, I dont even know if I understand the problem - and I have spend hours on the phone trying to get it fixed

I am top-tier Enterprise renter (Platinum) and I think most of my point recently have been going to this account
But, because - and this is where things get murky - Enterprise is partner (same company?) with National - there is a different loyalty program that covers both companies (Emerald?). Earlier this year, I had a 3 week (and not cheap) rental credited to that account, which I didnt even know I had and it used my Enterprise account number..... there is not enough in it for anything inherently useful (dont get me started on how awful these programs are) but I would like to merge the 2 accounts into one so that I might actually get some value out of my 200 days of car rentals a year....
