My wife just got a new Priority Pass card from CSR. The card expires 31 Dec 25 while the PP app lists an expiration date of 31 Jan 2023. She went to prioritypass.com/chasedmc to activate, but it said her number was already activated. What should she do to update the expiration date in the app?
Does the app display the correct membership number? Maybe it still remembers the old one. You could try deleting the App Data and Cache from phone's setting and restart the app and log in again and see.
