As many of you know, Florida jangles the tin cup with tolls all over the highways, the I-95 in particular.

I rented a car recently for four days and generated just under $20 in tolls. Sixt charged me a whopping $5 per toll incident, and sent me a bloated bill for for $109.

Can I fight this bill and the excessive charges? I feel ripped off.
