I hope that you won't need to pack a neck pillow for this trip. With this said, the delta in PQP for 1K qualification between next year and this year is huge (relative to the value of PPs). I would be more cautious in making this decision.

Congrats. It is certainly a slow travel period. My flights were 30-40% empty yesterday.
