A friendly question for you. I got upgraded at 100 hours for this flight while my wife is no. 3 on the UG list at 48 hours. How does that work?

We’re on a cruise so this is my only practical way to contact you.

This is computer generated for upgrades. You both purchased on the same day, in the same cabin and both are Gold 100K. I honestly do not know why the big difference in upgrade
time.

Mrs. Fredd has now dropped to 4 on the list as we near T24 with two seats showing available. Frustrating!

Update: Email notification that her UG cleared about 21 1/2 hours before departure.
