Stayed here recently and would totally +1 the previous comments - a really top notch place, right in the heart of the old city, footsteps from the cathedral, with very good service. Only been open a few months so is still building up its reputation so is somewhat under the radar. (e.g. on TripAdvisor it still comes > #100 for hotels in Seville, despite only having 5* reviews, because they depreference hotels with fewer reviews).

Booked using 35k free night certificates with a small top up and was incredible value for that. As Platinum was upgraded from the basic points room to a "Gran Deluxe Giralda" room at the front of the hotel with a juliet balcony with a view of the Giralda. The basic rooms are around an internal courtyard and looked quite dark, I guess our room was a mid-grade one, as well as junior suites as above, some suites have large outside terraces. Our room was pretty much the same as the photos from other posters but without the separate living area. Big whirlpool bath, giant rainfall shower, separate toilet room, quality toiletries, Nespresso machine. Even the minibar was very reasonable (9 euros for a 500ml bottle of white wine?!). Even though the room faces the street the soundproofing was pretty good.

Breakfast was in the restaurant on the 2nd floor, never over-busy, friendly table service for cooked dishes (a mixture of international or Spanish, all delicious...) plus a small cold buffet. Full breakfast as Platinum. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening as there is a cornucopia of other places to go. Rooftop bar / lounging area / small pool with a good view of the cathedral and was never busy during our stay. Reasonable gym on the first floor with a selection of machines.

Seville is a beautiful compact city, and would be very happy to stay here again. Visit before it is overwhelmed...
