Update re. UA933 on Dec 7. I used the date trick on my iPhone to view the upgrade list, to my dismay. I was 12th with only 10 seats available, Plat on W-fare with +P. Been checking religiously for PZ availability for the past 3 weeks but to no avail.

Interesting tidbit: Premium Plus has been showing fully booked since I had access to the upgrade list. However, for the past 3-4 days, the flight has opened an RN seat at nighttime each day. I’ve been hesitating to grab one as the seat map is only showing a middle seat. Just curious though what would happen since UA seems to be overselling PP.

Any thoughts/advice on the whole situation?
