Concierge desk and YVR concierge did a miraculous job on snowmageddon day rebooking me from my canceled (after almost 4 hours on the tarmac) original flight on to another one leaving 30 min later. Unfortunately, that one ended up diverting into Calgary due to the icing system being u/s, but its the thought that counts!
