Elevator - I have been following that thread also - and was using the feedback to get a sense of what the program is all about and how I might be able to use or benefit from it.....overall, does not appear to match my travel needs and patterns in part since my expectations and issues tend to be lower than some (I dont mind a room fresh-up once a week or so vs some people who would opt for 2x cleaning if they could)....

Fair, it is possible to see some differentiation in the US based on status at full-service properties. I have gotten some really good welcome gifts, but I don't ask for them proactively and have little experience proactively asking the Ambassador service for things - we will see how the personal Ambassador next year changes things, it at all.
