For example, there are also specific overrides for DL-DL I/D if the inbound is from Ireland (down to 1h00, presumably since they only operate from DUB with preclearance), LOS (1h30) and HAV (1h55). If the flight is from one of those destinations, that rule would apply.
So the "ID" in this case means Ireland as opposed to "I/D" which means International-Domestic. Thank you. I didn't know that the missing "/" meant that.
