Lounge access in Taipei for ICN -> TPE -> SFO award booking
1st leg: Seoul to Taipei via Asiana Air in economy
Layover: 8 hours in Taipei
2nd leg: Taipei to San Francisco via EVA Air in business

With the business class ticket award booking, does that grant lounge access to EVA establishments in Taipei? Looking to plan out how to best spend that 8 hours in the Taipei airport. I do have Priority Pass and Plaza Premium access, so those will remain options.
