Oh yes. Several flights. Especially the cabin crew they scrambled together for their ARN longhauls left a lot to be desired; uninterested, disillusioned, lazy. Finnish cabin crew may not be top notch every single time, but I've yet to experience as bad AY crews as on those flights. However, I have to admit that I also have positive experiences from SIN/HKG/DEL routes. While I like the Finnish CC better, CC on those routes have been perfectly alright, attentive and well-intentioned.

I truly hope AY and the CC union will reach an agreement that reflects this new situation with longer flight times.
