Happy Hour used to be free-flow for a couple of hours for two people and some meagre snacks (nuggets etc.) in the corner. Free-flow draft beer was great at this price point for SG. Five drinks is still not bad but you'll have to argue with your partner who gets the fifth.

Did you get an upgrade to a suite? I only got one once which is largely due to the small number of suites. Nice food places directly across the river.

Around $200 SGD++. No suite upgrade, but didn't look like any were available. Probably should have gotten at least a riverview room but didn't bother asking about it.
