The question is if there is a physician "hired" by a hotel (eg Fairmont)- do they get a contract?
Do they get a baseline stipend? Obviously the physician can charge fees for service in addition to this baseline stipend? But I wonder if the physician can charge for a telephone consultation fee- as part of the agreement between the hotel and the doctor?
If contracted, does the contract state what fees (with or without receipts) the doctor can charge the guest?
