I've been a "full" Globalist for over a decade, and I've never been upgraded a week in advance, let alone "three months."
I'm another full Globalist who has not experienced any of what Matt4200 is describing. Most of my stays are first-time stays, and I rarely get welcome amenities or "wow" upgrades beyond what is within policy.
