Almost all of it. I'm unaware of a Hyatt policy or de facto policy that "full" Globalists get breakfast overages waived, or that there's a policy of no welcome amenities for "Lite" vs. "Full." (As far as I can tell, welcome amenities had all but disappeared for everyone at U.S. properties since before Covid started.) I've been a "full" Globalist for over a decade, and I've never been upgraded a week in advance, let alone "three months."
I'm another full Globalist who has not experienced any of what
Matt4200 is describing. Most of my stays are first-time stays, and I rarely get welcome amenities or "wow" upgrades beyond what is within policy.
