Hi all,

I attempt to redeem my points to book several rooms at different hotels in Japan. The system shows the rooms are available; it also let me to proceed reservation until the last step (Press Reservation). However, in the end the system shows
Loyalty Points Guarantee is not valid without rate plan SRD and loyalty account information.
I wonder if anyone encounter this problem, and how do you resolve it. Very frustrated.
