Are you asking if your Globalist status comes into account for an airport transfer? If that's the case, no it doesn't - you can arrange a car from the hotel and pay the full price they set. I would email the hotel at [email protected] requesting their fees.

I would also suggest using Uber or Careem while in Doha; both apps work flawlessly, cars are plentifully available and getting picked up from the airport is easy. Prices are cheap too.
