Finally I was asked to press 1 for new booking, 2 to change booking.
Got a "Thank you for being "50K for life."
That took me to an agent who answered on the first ring.
Not bad for phoning at lunch time.
If you smash 0 a couple more times it gives up and just sends you to an agent. You have to hit it like 5 or 6 times but eventually you get through.
