Happened to me. The return ticket is more expensive than the sum of individual tickets. Have to call an agent to get the correct pricing. It was tough for her too, having to put me on hold many times to eventually solve.
this is NOT the problem i am having.
the problem i have encountered is that i select "round trip" i am presented with various flight options. I select one at 25k points. then i am presented with the return flights. i select another one for 25k points. in other words, i have selected two flights for two pax @25k each yet the total shows shows as 143k points.
This is NOT an issue of two one ways being different than one return. it's the flights selected on a return booking don't add up properly during the transaction. i just tried another route where the tickets were 20k each and the total was 50-something-thousand for one pax. there is something wrong.
