Available non-flight options are at the link I posted above, but they are all connected to travel one way or another I'm afraid. There used to be an option to exchange all kinds of airline miles for various gift cards at a site called Points.com, but that function (Points Loyalty Wallet) is no longer available as of a few months ago. (To be clear, this was never a great redemption value, but for people not traveling, something was sometimes considered better than nothing).
