Total for the property and total for Hyatt worldwide are the primary numbers that everyone will see from front desk, to housekeeping, to engineering. You may ask why do back of house staff you may never interact with need to know that you're a V8, or you're done 200 nights at that property, but it's to have a culture that teaches what loyalty is. Don't forget, you may well call engineering to fix something in your room during your stay.
Now in saying that, the Front Office or Rooms Division Manager may well dig deeper into you profile.
I tend to have great relationships with GMs of the PH I frequent. One property where I was spent over 200 nights at would always meet me for a drink during my stay. When he'd ask where I was going next for business or leisure, he would email the relevant GM and make sure I was looked after. Again, relationships are key and a good PH GM will attempt to meet a Glob guest who stays frequently.
