I get it.
I suppose I don't expect too much anymore. BA and AA are never going to be the superstars in aviation hospitality.
I'm not giving them (BA AA ) a few pass really. It's just that I didn't like the AA flagship lounge at all at Y8 ( The relatively new one ).
So anything , I think will be better. Plus I was not a fan of T7 in the slightest, despite the CCR.
It's just doesn't suprise me that they are problems at this stage.
