Recent stay.

Upgraded to an ER with Danube view but could not try the lounge because when I arrived to the hotel it was already closed.

Breakfast in the restaurant was nice but too many guests at around 9am.

When I was checking out I mentioned that some guests had informed that the HH points did not credited correctly and the agent replied that sometimes it happens.
Three days after check out also no points/stay credited in my account.
