Was there with family last week for 6 great days. Echo the sentiments above from rayfoxii, we too were in suites. Did find that as the week went on the hotel got fuller, and so the afternoon tea and cocktail hour got v busy - we weren't too bothered as they tended to take the edge off our appetites for a supper later on. We did use the Kids Club a little, which is now open every day. Though it's more geared to toddlers, our 10-yo went a couple of times for creative things (origami, etc) and enjoyed it and said the ladies doing it were very nice - plus they get a free ice cream after.

Service around main pool for towels drinks etc was great, and much appreciated.

Recommend the BlueBird taxi app for getting around - it worked great from the off.

Thought the Conrad was fantastic - best hotel we've stayed in, and probably ever will! Can only hope we get to go back.
