Well what she actually said was I'm sure that was him, Irish accent, looks like him, enquiring with gate staff about getting on this flight. { Assuming he was booked on a later flight. }

On finishing talking to the gate staff who told him to enquire at the customer service desk, he donned a pair of sunglasses indoors on a cloudy December day and toddled off, so I'm inclined to believe her.

EDIT: The fact he took off his sunglasses for the gate staff has me thinking that this may belong in the DYKWIA thread. 😜
