Did I miss something? I don't think the terms & conditions have changed. Upgrades are not part of the program benefits at Hamptons, to my knowledge.
To be clear, some Hamptons have upgraded for many years (as others have reported here). I just don't think they are required to. My question is whether there was something recently announced that changed anything in this area as the OP suggests.
