I assume, you are talking about teh "Premier bonus award miles"??
If so, then you are right, the situation is unclear. Normally, the award bonus is listed with the partner, and it is not with Disco. While this is also true for EW, my feeling is that this may be inaccurate with 4Y - just for the reason that LH want to position them as a full-service leasure airline - not as an explicit LCC in the case of EW.
