Thank you for posting this new set of terms. When I last rented one there was nothing like this on it. Yeah, this pretty much makes them kinda useless for short trips where in a regular car you can fill up in 5 minutes right before returning it. They used to make sense for a day trip when you get it at 80% and return it at 15% without wasting time to charge or fill up and you could drive faster if you know how to use the car for that purpose.
