BA's UK regional airports are having the same problem. They can no longer find enough people to fill their vacancies - it would appear that nobody wants to get up at 4am to be paid the princely sum of around £5.50 an hour INCLUDING shift pay.

Working at the check-out in Sainsbury's is a lot less stressful and probably pays more...
when I worked in T4, the staff at the airside MacDonalds earned more per hour than people on the new starter contract.
