This maybe goes in the GGU thread, but I've noticed an annoying little quirk in the upgrade game lately. One of the flights I was trying to upgrade was U=5 and then I contact reservations to apply my GGUs and they confirm the U space is available, but when we try to actually apply the GGUs, U space magically goes to zero until the next day when U=5 again on the same flight so I again ask to apply the GGUs and the same thing happens--hopefully we don't have "ghost U space" showing up on Expert Flyer now.....lol.
