While your constant support for all things KLM are admirable, I don't think this thread is in anyway trying to have a go at anything uniquely Dutch. You are indeed correct to advise those of us who didn't realise, that there is indeed crime taking place all over the world.

However, I think the fact that there are actual warning announcements regularly made on this journey speaks for itself.

Maybe you should have a word with Dutch Railways as they're obviously mis-guided and they shouldn't be doing this .
