I'm really hoping that someone honestly raises this at the event on Monday.

One of the listed benefits that I (and others) value the most is access to upgrades pretty far in advance.

I was #1 on the list with 1 seat open for the past 2 days (with 2 days prior being considered "eligible" to upgrade) and overnight someone booked the 1 F seat.

I'm tired of waiting until T-24 or later to hope that there are any seats left. I understand that they want to sell more but there has to be a balance?
