Unused ticket - taxes refund

One of my reservation is looking very likely to fall through, and I was wondering which costs, if any could be recovered. It's a non refundable ticket, but I know APD (and potentially other taxes?) are refundable if the ticket is not used. I also remember reading about BA imposing a processing fee but I am not sure about this. I also can't seem to find the policy on the website, do you happen to know anything more?

For context, it's a two people return ET ticket, costing GBP 157.82 total, with GBP 73.91 taxes per person (so only GBP 10.00 in fare properly, thanks to PPA) of which GBP 62.91 are taxes properly and GBP 11.00 are BA surcharges.
