Yes, costs are in addition to 600 EUR compensation. The hotel/accommodation costs are to be reimbursed by TK (if 1 ticket and TK made you miss the onward flight due to TK flight arriving late). However, to get reimbursed for replacement ticket (I assume for subsequent segment that you missed due to the delayed TK flight) I doubt TK will reimburse that. You should have talked to TK or the airline performing the leg that you missed about rebooking to the next flight; if on 1 ticket it should be no issue to rebook. TK could have done that and also the airline that was operating the flight that you missed. Did you try to talk to someone about getting rebooked rather than buying a new ticket?
The ticket was bought on TK website and all flights were on the same itinerary. First, I went to the partner airline desk and they were unable to rebook the ticket (some system issue) and only said that TK could do that. TK does not have an office at that airport and are open only when the next TK flight arrives/departs, so I called the call center for information how to proceed. The call center was unable to book accommodation nor rebook a flight. Claimed the costs will be reimbursed after consulting with their superiors. Therefore I booked a hotel and a new flight in the morning.

The connecting flight was a domestic one. Even I was surprised the ticket was offered as a same itinerary since the airlines are not of the same alliance. Thanks for your help.
