booked an M fare north america CPU eligible
no P-whatever available at booking

so i look at

so are you saying that if i monitor availability and call in they will over ride the automatic? granted i've had certificate/pointsplus upgrades waitlist then awarded weeks (2-6) before a flight

also i thought a gold Y B upgrade supercedes a GS pointsplus/certificate upgrade?
