Flew this route a bit over a month ago, they retimed this flight so it's now breakfast service. Also whirlwind of seat changes, went from old 764 to newly retrofitted 764 then back to old one within 48h. Champagne was Duval-Leroy which is a bit better than the crappy Gosset.

Appetizer - compote
Main - beef fillet. I kinda enjoyed this, it was a bit Asian-style in terms of breakfast, which I like better than Western egg dishes
Cheese plate
Pre-arrival - burger with bacon. Wish they also included tomato and onions
Crew was friendly and proactive and good. Just disappointed they did a last minute swap to the old 764 config, was looking forward to sit in the one and only retrofitted 764.
I was on this flight last weekend, and my swap to the reconfig 767 stuck. Got lucky with seat change and ended up in 9A.
I chose the same entre and thought it was the best meal on United in years. Every component was very tasty.
Mine looked a tad better than yours in presentation, but your burger definitely looked better.

Would seem more natural from Asia, but it really was a great meal. I would take it on any flight at any time.
I do think it strange United serves standard deserts after a breakfast meal, but I won't complain about morning ice cream. Haha
