Compensation of incurred costs
Hi,
I had a delay and missed a connection with another airline on the same itinerary.The next possible was the next morning and the airport does not have a TK office (only at check-in). Since no one could help at the airport, I called the Call Center and they said that they cannot rebook or arrange accommodation overnight but they would refund the costs after sending a feedback. (City and Airport not stated as it is a live case).
The situation is that I spent 300 euros extra for a hotel and a new flighf that should've been arranged by the Turkish Airlines. EU 261 eligible.
After several feedbacks I was offered EUR 600 as per the EU policy. Do I have a claim for the EUR 300 expenses on top of the fixed 600? Thanks
