Just as good as their service is in flight, its equally disastrous on the customer service side of it. I still think you can work something out. Thanks, nope based in Houston. Was just trying to make it back home on time to get back to work. Only "office" they have here is the airport line I think and I don't want to badger those poor folks because I know they can't do anything about it.
