I visit Admiral lounges pretty much once a week and have never seen it overcrowded. It's such a pleasure to go. If they get crowded, I'd call for raising prices on the CC or annual membership just to keep it balanced.
Sounds like you are an AA flyer. The DL Sky Clubs are only accessible with Amex Plat if you are flying a same-day DL flight anyway.
