I think another factor is the quality of the SkyClub vs Admiral’s Club / United Club. Food is on par with the Flagship lounge (often better based on my recent experiences) although booze is a step down. UA/AA don’t have the same demand in part because they of less value. I mean the latest hot options are a step up from the hamster towers but they still pale in comparison with what you can get in even outstation SCs.
