I recently purchased a flight + hotel through BA Holidays. I upgraded the inbound flight from WTP to CW using Avios. I was awarded the TP for CW. The double TP for bookings through BA Holidays got me to BA Silver. I've not been awarded the bonus 3,119 Avios. After reading this thread, I'm now reluctant to apply for the missing Avios, since BA could realise their mistake and withdraw the TPs. The TPs are worth more to me than the Avios. Should I apply for the missing Avios or accept that the extra 100 TPs (and consequent Silver membership) are too valuable to risk losing?
