I think these properties look rather nice. Much rather see some selective pickups of full service higher-end hotels like this than a massive expansion of "core hyatt brands" like Hyatt Place/House/Regency. And, I like that Hyatt's acquisitions are skewing more for personal vacation/holiday travel. The road warriors who want the combination of a massive footprint of boring hotels to pick up elite status with work travel + 'aspirational $1000+ per night properties' to burn points can stick with Marriott.
