LAX-LIM on DL Codeshare; Seat Selection Issue
Discovered some weird schedule changes during my weekly scan, and noticed that LATAM scrambled my reservation (outbound flight is now coded as a multi-city trip with duplicate outbound legs, one with the LATAM flight number, the other with DL's codeshare).
Paid for seat selection ahead of time, but now it appears that my seats are now unassigned, and whenever I try to pull a seat map from the Manage My Trip page on LATAM's site, I get redirected to an error page. Is there any guidance to get through their L1 CS service reps? I have been consistently stonewalled in the past and am hoping that they can honor the transaction before I call my card company to dispute the charge and get on the flight with a sour taste in my mouth.
