First we take a look at the gym,
If like me, you went for multiple refills for spiked eggnog at the Christmas markets and your S/O is a health freak,
You would probably need to work of excess flab at the gym.

The hotel has its gym located on floor b-1,
It is an underground space and it is shared with the residents of AQ condominiums.
This means in the morning before work it could get busy but it is quiet during the day.
The gym is open 24/7 by way of your keycard.

It doesnot have any additional facilities besides a unisex/nonbinary toilet.
I must add that i would give it 4/5 persons at max occupancy for a comfy workout as it still feels a bit pokey as you are underground.

Parking is available at the hotel's own garage.
There is direct elevator access for easy entry.
You can keep the car overnight.

For those of us whom are strong against buying chocolate diamonds or art pieces while holidaying on cruiseship lines,
And are rather weak against real estate shopping,
