No no voucher enabled.

I can book LGW-DOH business on the Qatar site using avios, I can book DOH-WDH business on the Qatar site too using double avios, but a search of LGW-WDH on the same dates on the Qatar site returns only economy flights available, the business class seats become unavailable.
